What is the speed of the car inside a dome traveling at the speed of light?

There is a dome traveling at the speed of light. And a car is inside the dome traveling at a rate of 20 km/hour. What is the speed of the car? It cannot be speed of light+20 km/hr right? Because nothing is faster than the speed of light?

    Traveling nearly as far and thus as the sphere it depends on your point is inside the sphere it also becomes shorter along its axis of reference if you havent already short version the car wouldnt be approachingthespeedoflight some number close to but less than 2a take quick look for the observer inside the speed.
