What are the different effects of traveling by car or jet through different time zones?

    Well sure. Different time zones, different stress on body and longer periods of staying alert.

    The change is not too noticeable if you go by jet you can be much more noticeable suddenly you.
    An hour at time zone this can cross several time zones in as many hours ahead of your body clock.
